I specialize in functional women’s health fitness. What does that mean?
My intention for training is centered on preventing and/or working with conditions that largely effect women, such as thyroid disorders, amenorrhea, osteoporosis, pelvic floor dysregulation, and Diastisis Recti.
I emphasize strength and foundational movements, however ensure a healthy amount of conditioning alongside strength training.
Through my education from Fit For Birth as a Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and American Council on Exercise I have developed a passion for teaching women how to exercise in a way that supports their bodies through all life stages!
I offer 1:1 sessions, and small group trainings. I come to your home, a park near by you, or I train at my home studio gym.
