Let’s Do This
When nourish is mentioned, you probably automatically think of food. I want to reframe that idea; nourishment, or lack thereof, comes from your exercise, sleep routine, and even the fertility/birth control choices you make. If it has to do with ‘women’s health,’ I am probably going to cover it with you.
My intention is to not create more boundaries around food for your life, but for you to feel better and be able to enjoy your life! Food plays a critical role in your health and making dietary changes can bring about healing. This will be unique for everyone, and I do not want to give you the idea that food will cure every problem, but it should be your baseline! What I do want to promise is that taking an in-depth look at YOUR symptoms, food intake and lifestyle choices, then making the appropriate eliminations/additions, will compliment your body to better health and more vibrant life!
It is my hope that you will know and understand how you are best nourished [through food and movement] so that you can care for yourself, your family, and your future family.

Why should you work with me?
I am a nutritionist that looks at the whole picture of you. After earning my Bachelor’s Degree where I studied Health Education and Nutrition, I started on my own journey of finding nourishment from food and exercise. What I learned in school did not quite line up in real life. So I took it on myself to learn everything I could about health, nutrition, and movement. I have received further education from Colorado State University and The Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy.
Through my education I have learned a research based approach to health, nutrition and movement. I value both the science and interpersonal aspects of health promotion. I vow to be realistic and compassionate because my clients are women I truly care about. It will be my sincere privilege to partner with you on your journey.

- Let’s Chat!
Send me an email or jump right in with a free 15 minute call with me. Think about this 15 minute call as a “meet and greet.” This is my time to receive a brief understanding of what you need and I will guide you with through the next steps. This is your time to determine if I am a good fit for you!
- Schedule a Consult.
After determining that we will work well together, we schedule our Initial Consult. After scheduling you will receive a thorough (re. lengthy) intake form from me. This is when “anything goes” – I want to know all the details so we can formulate the best plan to nourish your life!
- We get together.
This is our baseline meeting – here is when your initial plan and goals are created. From here you will be ready to start creating changes in your life, equipped with a personalized nourishment plan:
- Guide to food for the next 6-12 weeks (and beyond)
- Suggested supplement plan
- Further testing ideas – if needed
- A meal template (+ guide)
- Other tools to meet your specific goals!
- You get to work!
You begin to implement our initial plan into your everyday life! There are a few options for how to move forward with me. I offer follow up visits al a carte or subscriptions/packages that offer more accountability, easier access to have your questions answered, and more tools to help you on your journey. Women who are looking for fertility guidance or digestion relief should plan to meet with me regularly for about 3 months.
